We collect your email address for authentication, and the protocol data you enter (supplements, training, sleep/recovery items, goals, and daily logs). This data is stored securely in our database and is only accessible to you.
Your data is used to provide the Helm Protocol service: displaying your protocol, generating your Today view, maintaining your change history, and providing AI-powered protocol suggestions. When you use the Ask AI feature, your active protocol and goals are shared with our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate relevant suggestions.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us through the support page. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Helm Protocol is a protocol organization tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine.
